BP Technology Challenge
Our Monrad Intermediate team came first equal with Huntley Boys in this event.

Netball takes out the SuperSport
Our Monrad Netball teams won both the Year 7 and Year 8 SuperSport events.

Monrad teams soar academically
Our Monrad Chess Team is now the Manawatu Intermediate Champions and we came second in both the Year 7 and Year 8 Mathex competitions.

Monrad wins three SuperSport banners on the same day
It was a great day on Wednesday 29 July 2009 with Monrad Intermediate winning both the boys and the girls SuperSport Volleyball competitons and also coming home with the Boys' Badminton banner.

Monrad wins the Manawatu Girls' Cross Country Competition
Yes, we won the teams and the individual competition.

Monrad netball strikes again!
Of course we defended our title. We are still the Manawatu Smokefree Netball Champions!

Monrad Intermediate wins the Manawatu Schools Literature Quiz
Monrad Intermediate school is going for World (or at least New Zealand!) domination. Our team has taken out the Manawatu Schools Literature competition and with a team of mainly Year 7 students our goal is to win the National Champs in 2010. Go Team Monrad!!

Intermediate goes for a clean sweep
Monrad Intermediate is taking the Super Arts by storm. We hold four of the six banners that are contested by schools from the Central North Island region.
Congratulations to those who have brought the banners home and good luck to those groups still to compete.
